The company Salomon, founded in 1947 in Annecy in Haute-Savoie, is a brand specializing in sports equipment and leisure activities. It is distributed in over 160 countries. Historically, it developed in the field of skiing, particularly bindings, but from the 2000s onwards, it diversified into trail running.
